College Prep - Summer Sessions - At Lyon Oaks

We focus on the primary roles and responsibilities of each position and design functional training sessions to address:

• 1v1 defending and ball winning
• Quality of finishing and movement in the box
• Ability to build out of the back and join the attack
• Ability to combine and create under pressure
• Tactical and positional awareness to work as a unit
