We use your latest physical assessment profile, match analysis data, and the feedback from your coaches and trainers to constantly optimize your training and help you achieve your S.M.A.R.T goals.

Our training plans are divided into three major categories: Energy training, technical proficiency, and Position specific training.

A typical weekly plan will be synced to the players team’s periodization to help reduce fatigue and encourage peak performance.

Health and wellbeing are essential pillars for the sustained success and enjoyment for all our athletes. Our players become more responsible for their readiness to train and compete. They learn to monitor and enhance the following

  • Quality and effectiveness of sleep
  • Fueling and nutrition
  • Activation and cooling down before and after exercise
  • Regeneration and rejuvenation
  • Visualization and meditation

Training Elements

Our three training components allow us to build an individualized and comprehensive training plan that fits each player's needs.

We begin by establishing an energy threshold test. This enables us to take a snapshot of the athlete’s current physical profile and create a plan to enhance the player’s:

  • VO2 max
  • Power output
  • Explosive acceleration and quickness
  • Aerobic capacity

Players are required to execute techniques under pressure. The higher the pressure, the more precise the execution needs to be. Our training focuses on enhancing the players ability to apply the correct technique when they recognize the scenario they are facing.
Training technique requires functional quality reps in order to build muscle memory and create automatic reactions when:

  • Receiving the ball
  • Releasing the ball
  • Running with the ball
  • Regaining the ball

We break down every position into four main responsibilities. Our approach revolves around helping the player recognize their role on the field, accept it, and excel at it.

Position specific training consists of preparing the players to be successful when facing probable scenarios and rehearsing the proper cognitive and tactical responses. When a player is ready for the expected they are in a better position to deal with the unexpected and use their creativity and improvisational skills to find solutions.
