Welcome to Adisal Training. By creating an account, booking sessions, or using our platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including parents, guardians, players, and coaches.

Adisal Training provides a soccer development platform that includes:

• Player profile management and development tracking.
• Coaching session booking and scheduling.
• Skill evaluations and personalized training plans.
• Online meetings, classes, and video analysis sessions.
• Educational resources, including minimum standards and preseason programs.
• Communication tools for coaches, parents, and players.

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing truthful and accurate information about yourself and your player(s).
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Parents and guardians are responsible for creating and managing profiles for minor players under their care.

You agree to use our platform responsibly and lawfully. You will not:

• Harass, bully, or discriminate against other users.
• Share false or misleading information.
• Attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Disrupt or interfere with the platform's operation or security.
• Upload or share inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission.

When booking coaching sessions, classes, or online meetings:

• Bookings are subject to coach availability and scheduling policies.
• Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary by session type and coach.
• Online meeting links are provided to registered attendees only.
• Coaches reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.

Our evaluations, training plans, and minimum standards assessments are designed to support player development. They represent professional assessments and are not guarantees of performance outcomes. Players and parents acknowledge that athletic development depends on individual effort, practice, and commitment beyond platform usage.

All content on our platform, including training materials, videos, evaluations, and resources, is owned by Adisal Training or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Player-generated content (self-evaluations, goals, feedback) remains the property of the user, but you grant us a license to use it for providing and improving our services.

Adisal Training is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

We are not liable for the conduct of coaches, players, or other users on the platform.

We do not guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We do not warrant that training plans, evaluations, or recommendations will achieve specific results. Athletic participation carries inherent risk of injury; users participate at their own risk.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
